Contest rules
Who can enter. You need a PetNest account and at least one pet profile. Each pet may send one entry per contest. Pets with a private profile cannot enter, because entries become public when the contest ends.
Entries. Entries must follow the type and limits shown on the contest page. The pet must be yours and the photo or video must be your own. No cruelty, nudity, hate or spam. Anyone can report an entry. Moderators may hide or remove an entry, and will tell you why.
Hidden names. While a contest runs, pet and owner names are hidden. Voters see entries as "A" and "B". When the contest ends, all entries and pet names become public on the contest page.
Voting. Each account gets one vote per pair. You never vote on your own pets. Using extra accounts or automated voting removes your votes and entries and may close your account.
Results. Entries are ranked by win rate, then by total votes. Moderators may review a result when there are very few entries or votes. A contest may be cancelled before it ends; the reason is shown.
Prizes. Prizes are listed on each contest page. You must be 18 or older to claim a prize. We contact winners through the app to arrange delivery. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated.
Changes. The end date of a contest may be extended. The end date shown on the contest page is the one that counts.
Your data. You can edit the caption, or withdraw an entry and enter again, until the contest ends. The photo or video cannot be changed after you enter. After the end, entries stay public on the contest page.
